CRANIAL SACRAL THERAPY $85 (60min) This is a non-invasive alternative medicine technique that is based on Cranial Osteopathy and is used to tune into the craniosacral system. The practitioner gently works with the spine and the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia. The focus is on the membrane that lines the nervous structures rather than directly on the bones and sutures which makes this a very gentle treatment. The purpose is to ease the restrictions of nerve passages, improve the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid throughout the central nervous system, and restore misaligned bones to their proper position. Craniosacral therapy can restore the natural rhythmic movement found between the bones of the skull as well as the sacrum to treat mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ Syndrome, and chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.
